About Alexander Bermudez:

Alexander Bermudez's ten years of experience involved Commercial Leasing, strategic Portfolio Management and the brokering of Investment Properties. Over the last 5 years, Alexander Bermudez has focused his efforts on identifying and purchasing Investment Properties, for his private clients. Alexander Bermudez founded Classic Apartments in 2000. He personally oversaw the acquisition of various real estate investments, maximized returns through good management and aggressive redevelopment, fulfilling Classic Apartments’ guiding principles, of providing quality affordable rental housing, in the Los Angeles area. 

Alexander Bermudez joined The House of Realty in the spring of 2004, where he specialized in the analysis and acquisition of Commercial Real Estate Investments. Further providing a more complete service to The House of Realty and its clients. More recently Alexander Bermudez has leveraged the knowledge and experience that Classic Apartments has gained over the years as a Commercial Landlord, to provide property management services to other property owners. The strategic partnerships Classic Apartments has developed with local architects, designers and contractors, have proven to be invaluable to the long-term growth of its clients’ Real Estate assets.

Property Management Services

Classic Apartments employs a fully insured maintenance crew and are able to handle emergency situations at the properties quickly and efficiently. We also work with local contractors and are experienced in managing the development process. Our property managers are on call 24 hours a day, providing responsive, timely service to your tenants needs. Most importantly, we act as a liaison between property owners and tenants and advise the owner how best to handle problem situations as they arise. Our goal is to provide the property owner with the best possible property management, property maintenance and leasing service.

In addition Classic Apartments provides computerized bookkeeping services to pay bills and property taxes, do regular property inspections, and complete all accounting records. By customizing our services to the specific needs of the property owner, we provide a unique service that meets the property owner's special needs and objectives for the property within the owner's budget.

It is our firm belief that our residents environment should be a source of comfort and security. To this end, we meticulously maintain our properties and, when appropriate, completely renovate them to the highest standards. We are proud of our commitment to the wellbeing of our tenants, which we recognize extends beyond the physical real estate. Social Awareness 

Classic Apartments takes pride in being an active participant and contributor to our community. Providing a home to many is what we do. Tragically they are many who are less fortunate and are living the nightmare of being homeless. In Los Angeles alone, an estimated eleven thousand men, women and children, live on the streets, including Skid Row and the L.A. River areas.

As a provider of housing, we believe in our civil duty to help however we can. Those behind 
Classic-Apartments.com have taken this responsibility to heart, by creating Invisible Minority Project for Humanity. The goal is to humanize the men, women and children who are living on the streets through photographic documentation, shining hope and humanity through their eyes, captured through lens of a camera in hopes of putting a face to those whom are commonly referred to as a "statistic". Additionally, Classic Apartments, is an ongoing financial contributor to one of the oldest continuously operating human services organizations in the Los Angeles region,
